No. Sevantay charges no joining fee, no subscription, and no charge for unconverted leads. We earn only when you successfully deliver work.
How does Sevantay route customers to me?▾
Customers reach Sevantay's citizen-facing pages, tell us what they need and where, and our routing system matches them to verified partners by role, area, and availability. Initial customer interaction is handled by Sevantay's team in English or Kannada (and other regional languages as expansion city networks activate).
Do I have to be in Bangalore?▾
Bangalore is our primary market and our most active partner network. We are also actively building Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Trivandrum, and Karnataka-wide partner networks. Apply with your city — we will be honest about the activation stage in your market.
How long is the application-to-activation process?▾
Typically 2–4 weeks for standard categories (RTO, notary, GST, document writing). 3–5 weeks for specialised categories (apostille, gazette). 5–10 weeks for bulk e-stamp because of the higher diligence required for corporate-grade partners.
Can I take direct customers alongside Sevantay?▾
Yes — partnership is non-exclusive. Sevantay-routed customers run through our process; your direct customers stay yours. We only require that Sevantay-routed customers get the same quality and turnaround as your own customers.
What languages does Sevantay support?▾
English and Kannada customer handoffs are standard. We do the language matching upfront so customers reach you in a language you can serve. As expansion city networks activate, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, and Marathi will be added.
How is settlement structured?▾
Per-job categories settle on completion. High-frequency categories settle weekly. Retainer or volume categories settle monthly. Government fees pass through and are not part of the platform commission calculation.
What happens if a customer is unhappy?▾
Sevantay's customer-facing team handles the front-line conversation. You handle the technical fix. If the issue is on the partner side, partners are expected to make it right (typically by reissuing the work or offering a partial refund of the service fee). If the issue is on customer misunderstanding, we coordinate education.
Can I pause my availability?▾
Yes. There is no fixed contract length. You can pause for a holiday, capacity issues, or any other reason. We just ask for a week of notice so we do not route customers to a paused partner.
How does Sevantay handle my data and the customer's data?▾
Partner data is retained for 24 months from last contact. Customer data is shared with you only for the specific routing — you do not get a list of past Sevantay customers. Sevantay does not sell or share partner or customer data with third parties.
Do I have to use a specific app or system?▾
No. Initial routing is via WhatsApp + email. Higher-volume partners may opt into structured CSV intake or, eventually, API integration. You can run your existing tooling alongside.
What is the typical lead volume to expect?▾
It varies by category and city. Bangalore role pages list realistic monthly ranges per active partner (e.g., 5–15 gazette leads, 8–20 apostille leads, 20–60 notary jobs). Expansion city volumes are lower and grow as the city activates.
