How Sevantay partnership works
The model in one paragraph: Sevantay's citizen-facing pages attract pre-qualified demand, our team screens and routes it to vetted partners by role and area, you deliver the work, customer pays, settlement clears.
The Sevantay model
Sevantay is a government services facilitation platform. Citizens reach us looking for help with vehicle registration, notarisation, GST, gazette publication, e-stamping, apostille, document drafting, and similar matters. We do not provide these services ourselves — we route the customer to a verified partner who can.
For partners, this means structured demand without the marketing overhead. You do not need a website ranking on Google, a customer support team, or paid acquisition. You need to do the work well and run a clean process. Sevantay handles the rest.
The partner journey
- 1
Apply
Fill the application form with your role, city, area, experience, and credentials. Takes 5 minutes.
- 2
Screening
Within 2 working days, we call to confirm your experience and area coverage. Document and reference verification follows.
- 3
Trial assignments
Your first 1–2 (or 2–3 for specialised roles) jobs are reviewed closely. You handle them as you would any job; we shadow the customer experience.
- 4
Activation
Once trial assignments meet standard, you are activated for steady, area-specific routing.
- 5
Customer routing
Customers reach Sevantay's citizen-facing pages, tell us what they need and where, and our team matches them by role, area, and availability.
- 6
Settlement
Settlement on completion (per-job categories) or weekly/monthly (high-frequency or retainer categories). Sevantay deducts platform fees at settlement; you retain the bulk of the service charge.
How leads are routed
Three variables drive routing: the partner role (RTO, notary, GST, etc.), the customer's area (zone within Bangalore for now; city in expansion markets), and partner availability.
You declare your role and area coverage during onboarding. We do not route outside what you declare. Focused coverage is better than over-promised wide coverage — over-promising leads to missed jobs and customer escalations.
How payments work
Customers pay a single bundled price at the start of the engagement. The price includes any government fees (gazette fee, MEA fee, RTO fee, stamp duty), your service fee, and Sevantay's platform fee. Government fees pass through to the relevant authority. Your service fee is settled to you on completion of the work, with Sevantay's platform fee deducted at settlement.
Settlement cadence depends on category. Per-job categories (RTO, gazette, apostille) settle on completion. High-frequency categories (notary, e-stamp) settle weekly. Retainer categories (GST monthly compliance, bulk e-stamp) settle monthly.
What support partners receive
Customer-facing escalation. When something goes wrong — a delay, a complaint, a confused customer — Sevantay's customer-facing team handles the front-line conversation. You handle the technical fix. This protects you from absorbing customer-relationship damage for issues outside your control (government queue delays, regulatory changes).
Multilingual handoff. Initial customer interaction is in English or Kannada (and Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Hindi/Marathi as expansion city networks activate). We match customers to partners by language preference.
Light training. Onboarding includes a tone-and-process briefing on Sevantay's customer experience standards. We do not micro-manage your work — you are an experienced practitioner — but we do align on customer-facing communication.
Quality and accountability
Quarterly reviews of delivery quality, customer feedback, and turnaround stats. Partners who consistently miss commitments may be paused. Partners who deliver well typically see growing routing as their reputation in the system builds.
Honest framing: lead volume is unpredictable in the early months of a category or city. We do not pretend volume is bigger than it is. Partners who join expecting overnight 50-leads-per-month flow will be disappointed. Partners who join for steady, growing, professional-quality lead flow will find Sevantay a strong addition to their business.
